  Worst service I have ever come across from a so called printing shop.
  
  I called in early in the morning to inquire what form of storage device they accepted in order for them to print. They simply told me that I needed a USB device. I also asked that how long it would take. They informed me that it would take no more than 10 minutes.
  
  I got there to find out that they had to scan my device for viruses and that it would take almost 2 hours to do so. They then told me that I could email them the files; I have the files stored on my email and could have easily forwarded the files to them, but then told me I couldn't use their computers to do so because of "company procedures". None of these so called procedures are on their website; nothing regarding 2 hour virus checks or the option to send files via email.
  
  I was not informed on the phone on what were the best procedures to go by either. If they had told me over the phone that it would take 2 hours, I wouldn't have had to waste my time visiting a store run by a despondent couple. The only member of staff with some heart was that of the back room staff, who apologised for the mishap. The ill-mannered couple however didn't have a care in the world.
